How we work
Let's be clear from the start: we don't drive. We organise your transfer and hand it to a professional driver from our network. That is exactly what lets us cover both banks of the Rhine and commit to a late return.
A booking platform, not a taxi company
Taxi Rust is a connection service. You tell us where you're starting from, when, and how many of you there are; we come back with a fixed price and the exact meeting point, then hand the job to a partner taxi or private-hire driver who holds the required licences and is insured for passenger transport. The transport contract is between you and that driver; our role is to organise the trip, set the price in advance, and stay your point of contact if anything changes.
Why a network rather than a single driver
Europa-Park is in Germany, and most visitors set off from France or Switzerland. One operator alone covers neither three countries, nor the Saturday-morning and Sunday-evening peaks, nor an 11 pm return when Rulantica closes. Working with several partners means the right vehicle at the right moment — and, for a group, several cars coordinated so nobody is left waiting.
What you can count on
The quoted price is the price you pay: no meter, no night surcharge, no luggage fee. Waiting time caused by a flight or train delay isn't charged, provided you gave us the number. A return after the park closes is available and is reserved in advance — precisely the moment when scheduled buses have stopped running. Child seats and boosters are provided on request at no extra cost.
What we publish, and why
Every pickup page shows the distance, the journey time and the price. The distances come from real route calculation, checked by a second independent measurement; the prices are fixed fares derived from those same distances. In this trade that is far from standard: most local operators publish none of the three. We would rather you could compare before picking up the phone.
“Europa-Park” and “Rulantica” are registered trademarks belonging to their respective owners. This site is an independent booking service: not affiliated with the park, not an official partner, and not mandated by it. Those names are used here solely to describe the destination of the journeys offered.
