Frequently asked questions

Price, the late return, children, the border crossing. If your question isn't here, call us.

Booking and price

How much does a taxi to Europa-Park cost?

The price is a fixed fare, quoted before you confirm anything. It depends on the pickup point and the vehicle (saloon or van), never on the number of passengers or the time of day. There is no meter, no night surcharge and no luggage fee.

How do I book a transfer?

By phone, on WhatsApp, or through the form on this site. Give us the pickup point, the date, the time and how many of you there are, and you get back the fixed price and the exact meeting point. Nothing is committed until you agree.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, card payment is accepted. The amount is the one quoted when you booked: it does not change with the time of day, the amount of luggage or the traffic.

Can I cancel a booking, and by when?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. After that, call us — rescheduling may still be possible depending on driver availability.

Can I book the return at the same time as the outbound trip?

Yes, and it's worth doing: a same-day return gets a combined rate, and your return time is reserved in advance. It's the only way to be sure a vehicle is available at closing time, when demand is at its highest.

The journey

Can the driver pick us up after the park closes?

Yes. This is exactly where a private transfer is the safest answer: in high season, scheduled buses and rail connections stop running before Europa-Park closes, and long before Rulantica does. Always check the last departure for the day of your visit. With us, you set the return time when you book and your driver waits at the exit.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

Give us your flight or train number when you book: your driver tracks the actual arrival and adjusts the pickup time. Waiting time caused by a transport delay is not charged.

Do you drop off at the park entrance or at the hotels?

Both. We drop off at the main Europa-Park entrance, at Rulantica, or directly at your hotel — whether it's a park hotel or accommodation in Rust and the surrounding area. Just give us the address when you book.

Do you need an emissions sticker, and are there tolls?

No tolls on the route, on either the French or the German side. And contrary to a widespread belief, no German environmental sticker is needed: the motorway exit serving Rust is not inside a low-emission zone, and motorways are excluded from them anyway. The border crossing is usually non-stop within the Schengen area, but spot checks remain possible: every passenger should carry valid identification.

Do you also serve Rulantica?

Yes — Rulantica is on the same site as the park and is served the same way. One point is worth knowing: Rulantica closes later than the park. If you're ending your day at the water park, say so when you book, because the return time is not the same.

Families and groups

How many people can you carry?

Up to 4 passengers with luggage in a saloon car, and up to 8 in a van. Beyond that we coordinate several vehicles so the group arrives together and leaves together, with a price per vehicle quoted in advance.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — boosters and baby seats are provided on request at no extra cost. Tell us the ages and number of children when you book so the right equipment is in the vehicle. Pushchairs are welcome and go in the boot.

Is there a luggage limit?

Usable space depends on the vehicle: roughly 3 suitcases in a saloon, up to 8 in a van. No luggage supplement is charged. If you're travelling heavy — a pushchair, swim bags for Rulantica — mention it when you book and we'll match the vehicle to the load.
